Having contracted a serious case of wanderlust at a young age, I created Ems Yoga & Ems Pen to share my passions for the ink, off the beaten trails adventure, with my love for movement.
Did I just say I love movement? I am IN love with movement. I am an IAYT certified Yoga Therapist, Yoga Tune Up® instructor & Roll Model Method Trainer, Pilates teacher and E-RYT. I craft my classes based on 10 years' experience teaching movement in Thailand, South Africa, the United States and the UAE.
